Abigail Breslin ''cried'' when she met Zac Efron.
The 19-year-old actress admits she isn't immune to getting star struck despite finding fame as a child in 'Little Miss Sunshine' alongside Toni Collette and Jim Carrey.
She said: ''I cried when I met Zac Efron and ran away from him because, well, 'High School Musical'. I also ran away from Ryan Gosling. Hmm, maybe this is why I don't have a boyfriend?''
The 'Scream Queens' star claims she is just a normal teenager and stresses out about guys.
She said: ''Somebody once pointed out that I never worry about filming, writing a book or recording an album, but I get totally stressed about a guy not texting me back. I'd say that's pretty normal!
''There are a lot of special people in my life - but I'm not dating any of them, unfortunately.''
Meanwhile, Abigail insists she has never been tempted to go wild like other former child stars.
She told In Touch Weekly: ''My family kept me grounded. And my friends make sure I don't get a big head. I love what I do too much to ever put it in jeopardy.
''Professionally, I want to keep doing things that challenge me creatively.''
