Fact: Absolutely Fabulous star JANE HORROCKS will give a mobile phone a voice in the upcoming Teletubbies revamp, which will hit TV screens in Britain later this year (15), almost 20 years after the kids' show debuted. Jim Broadbent and DJ and TV presenter Fearne Cotton have also signed up for the show, and actor/comedian Daniel Rigby will narrate the new series.
