Rapper Afroman is reportedly facing a court battle with a female fan over the onstage clash that led to his arrest this week (ends20Feb15).

The Because I Got High hitmaker, real name Joseph Foreman, was held by police after allegedly punching a woman during a concert in Biloxi, Mississippi on Tuesday night (17Feb15).

Editors at Tmz.com report the woman, a 21-year-old named only as Haley, is now planning to take the star to court, alleging she suffered various injuries in the clash.

As well as damage to her jaw, neck and back, her lawyer Tim Holleman claims she suffered mild concussion and that accumulating medical bills will be presented to the rapper for reimbursement if the case gets to court.

Afroman was arrested and later released from jail, and he has since issued an apology for his actions and is planning to undergo anger management classes.
