Singer Alan Jackson is a relieved man after his country music contemporaries praised him for giving his blessing to his wife's new book detailing the vocalist's marital infidelities. Denise Jackson's memoirs It's All About Him: Finding The Love Of My Life, which she co-wrote with Ellen Vaughn, recount how Alan's affairs caused the couple to separate in 1997, before the pair reconciled a year later in 1998. And Alan was more than a little nervous when he found out his wife, who he wed in 1979, planned to publicly reveal their private problems. She says, "So far, everyone has just embraced it. Alan was worried initially that he would come across as they bad guy but what I'm finding is that everyone has just been so appreciative of him and that he would actually want me to tell our story. "We've had endorsements from Carrie Underwood, George and Nancy Jones, Ricky Skaggs and his wife Sharon."
