Stars including Samuel L. Jackson, Ali Larter and Mariska Hargitay have vowed to carry out a good deed to mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks next month (Sep11).
Pregnant singer/actress Hilary Duff, Melissa Joan Hart and R&B star Jordin Sparks have also pledged to give up their time on the memorial day as part of the MyGoodDeed and the HandsOn Network's 'I Will' campaign.
Hargitay promises, "I will volunteer at our local domestic violence charity", while Hart adds, "I will plant a tree for those we lost and their families."
New mum Larter pledges, "I will donate my time with my husband and my newborn son by going into a hospital and working with children."
Almost 3,000 people died in the terror attacks on the U.S. on 11 September, 2001.
