Former American Idol finalist Curtis 'C.J.' Harris has been placed behind bars after missing a court date to face drug charges.
The singer, who appeared on season 13 of the U.S. talent show, was originally arrested early last month (Oct16) after he was allegedly caught selling oxycodone and marijuana in an undercover drug bust in his native Alabama.
He was due to answer the counts, which include three felonies, in court last week (27Oct16), but he was a no-show, prompting officials to issue a warrant for his arrest.
Harris surrendered to cops on Monday (31Oct16) and has since been denied bail until his next hearing in late November (16).
According to TMZ.com, the 25-year-old blamed his court absence on mixing up his dates.
