The 40-year-old actress underwent the preventative procedure after learning she had an 87 per cent chance of developing breast cancer due to a defective BRCA1 gene.

Angelina has bravely discussed the operation and her subsequent surgery to reduce her risk of ovarian cancer earlier this year (15), but when it came to a scene in her new movie By the Sea, she was struck by fear.
