Jimmy Fallon and his house band the Roots were joined by legendary diva Darlene Love and Anna Kendrick in a rendition of the festive number 'Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)' using only classroom instruments. It's still one of the best segments on 'The Tonight Show'.

Who knew a casio keyboard, bongos, shakers, a xylophone and sleigh bells could come together to create such a beautiful version of this 1963 Christmas hit? It's definitely better than what you did in elementary school that's for sure, and Anna Kendrick looked thrilled to be singing along with such a stand-out voice from the iconic album 'A Christmas Gift for You from Philles Records'.

'Remember earlier when we sang with Darlene Love? Oh my God!' She said to Jimmy later on in the show. 'That was the best. I was watching backstage and I was like, I can tell that I've got that crazy nervous energy when I'm so excited but I'm so nervous.'

It certainly brightened up her day, given that she had to rush out of her hotel in her track pants after there was a minor fire incident somewhere in the building. She also revealed that her favourite Christmas song is actually 'Good King Wenceslas' because it amuses her that no-one ever really seems to know the words when they try and sing it.

'My favourite thing about it is it's one of those songs where everybody knows, 'Brightly shone the moon that night... and something something something' and it's got like fifteen verses', she says. Later she goes on to do the most hilarious impression of Kristen Stewart which needs to be seen to be believed.
