Anna Kournikova, the Russian tennis player and part-time model, is selling her 7-bedroom mansion in Miami Beach for $9.4 million. Anna Kournikova's house, which was built in 2000, boasts seven bedrooms, a luxury outdoor swimming pool and a boat dock, reports the UK's Daily Mail.
The Miami pad, located in the upmarket Sunset Island area, is 'covered in ivy' and has 'waterfront views', 'hardwood floors' and 'high ceilings'. The outdoor pool is described as being surrounded by a coral rock pool, a covered entertainment area and an outdoor kitchen. The property also comes with a two-story guest house with its own separate living space and a kitchen on the first floor. It is not yet known whether Kournikova is selling the luxury property to move in with her long-term boyfriend Enrique Iglesias, whom she has dated for eight years. During an appearance on Graham Norton's talk show last year, 29-year-old Anna played down talk of a potential marriage, saying, "We're fine. What's the point if you're happy anyway? Being eight years down the line it's more than some married couples now".
Since retiring from the professional tennis circuit in 2003, Anna Kournikova has worked mainly as a model whilst making numerous television appearances. She appeared on the hit NBC show 'The Biggest Loser' in 2010 where she led contestants in a tennis workout challenge.
