The Breakfast Club star has been involved in a long-running dispute with his neighbour over a gate they share at their Los Angeles condominium complex, and Hall was investigated by police in early September (16) after one angry confrontations, during which the other resident fell to the ground.

The incident was caught on camera.

The unnamed resident won a temporary restraining order against the 48-year-old in September (16), after claiming Hall had shoved him to the ground, causing him to break his wrist and injure his back, but the order was dismissed last month (Oct16).

Hall is now reportedly facing up to seven years behind bars over the alleged incident after being charged with felony battery with serious bodily injury, according to TMZ.
