The 19 year old scooped trophies for Favorite Regional Mexican Artist, Voice of the Moment, Follow Me and I Play The Whole CD (Favorite Album) for his album Quiero Ser Tu Dueno.
Cuban-American rapper Pitbull was also a big winner, earning the title of Favorite Urban Artist and My Favorite Tour for the Sex and Love Tour with Enrique Iglesias and J Balvin.
Other winners include Fifth Harmony (Best Look), teen pop star Becky G (Favorite Hit for Shower), and actor William Levy (What a Hottie).
Longtime TV personality Don Francisco was given a special tribute for his 53 years as host of TV series Sabado Gigante, while beloved Mexican singer Joan Sebastian was given a touching musical tribute, just days after he passed away following a battle with cancer on Monday (14Jul15).
Performers included Ricky Martin, J Balvin, Chiquis Rivera, Alejandro Sanz and Fifth Harmony at the BankUnited Center venue.
The fan-voted 2015 Premios Juventud, which is staged by Spanish-language television network Univision, was hosted by actor William Levy and singer/TV personality Ninel Conde.
