Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson are riding a ''magical wave of bliss together''.
The 24-year-old pop star and the American actor recently shocked the world when they announced their engagement after only a few weeks of dating, but according to Pete's tattoo artist, the high-profile couple are head-over-heels in love with each other.
Jon Mesa, the co-owner of the No Idols Tattoo shop in New York City, explained: ''They are just riding that magical wave of bliss together. It's obvious that Pete is super in love with Ariana.''
Pete, 24, recently turned to Jon in a bid to have a tattoo of ex-girlfriend Cazzie David covered up.
At the time, Jon sounded a note of caution about the perils of love - but the young star didn't pay much attention.
Speaking to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column, Jon recalled: ''I did a huge coverup [adding a forest of trees] ... After we were done, I told Pete, 'Hey, dude, let's just stop with the girlfriend tats until after [Grande's] your wife'.
''Because relationships come and go, and Pete is a really young man. [But] I think that went in one ear and out the other.''
During an appearance on the 'Tonight Show', host Jimmy Fallon joked: ''Now, you know, that you didn't have to get engaged to Ariana Grande to come on our show.''
But Pete - who is a cast member on 'Saturday Night Live' - replied: ''I did though. I feel like I won a contest. I'm f**king lit, Jimmy. It's so lit.''
