Fact: BILL ARHOS, the man behind popular U.S. music show Austin City Limits, has died, aged 80. Arhos helped develop the programme and served as executive producer for 25 years from its debut in 1974. Arhos was inducted into the inaugural Austin City Limits Hall of Fame last year (14).
