Fact: James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli is set to help turn fugitive U.S. whistleblower Edward Snowden's story into a new movie. The filmmaker and her producing partner Michael G. Wilson have picked up the movie rights to journalist Glenn Greenwald's new book, No Place to Hide: Edward Snowden, the N.S.A. and the U.S. Surveillance State, which will detail the former National Security Agency contractor's efforts to evade prosecution by U.S. authorities by hiding out in Russia. The film will be released in conjunction with executives at Sony Pictures Entertainment.
