Barbra Streisand has made history on the U.S. album chart by becoming the only artist to score a number one in each of the last six decades.

Her new duets album, Partners, has debuted atop the Billboard 200 countdown with an impressive 196,000 copies sold in its first week on release.

With the feat, Streisand ties Elvis Presley and Bruce Springsteen for third place on the all-time number ones list, with 10.

Only the Beatles and Jay Z have more chart-toppers.

The singer/actress scored her first number one album in October, 1964.
