Amanda Seyfried says having cognitive behavioural therapy has helped ease her panic attacks.
manda Seyfried has been having therapy after suffering panic attacks.
The 'In Time' actress sought help after being overcome with anxiety before movie premieres and live interviews, and is relieved that the cognitive behavioural sessions have eased the problem.
She told Britain's Glamour magazine: "That's been such a great tool, and my therapist told me that I passed with flying colours, but we'll see how things go.
"I still do get terribly nervous, and that's partly due to the fact I think too much and over-analyze things. I'll start worrying about my parents or my dog, and I'll picture him opening the window of my apartment and falling out, even though I can't get that thing open myself."
Amanda, 25, stars with Ben Barnes in upcoming drama 'The Big Wedding' and says she found the British actor so attractive, she had the "best five hours" of her life when they took a plane together.
She said "Have you ever seen Ben Barnes? He looks like a model.
"I'd never met him before in my life but the other day we had to share a jet together, just me, him and my dog, and I'm telling you it was the best five hours of my life."
