Noah Cyrus has confirmed that big sister Miley Cyrus has not tied the not with fiancé Liam Hemsworth yet.

Fans thought the couple had finally said ‘I Do’ last week, after dad Billy Ray Cyrus posted a photo of Miley wearing a white dress and gushed: “I’m so happy...you are happy”.

But speaking to Entertainment Tonight, 17-year-old Noah cleared up the rumours.

Miley Cyrus reportedly wants to make a movie with Liam Hemsworth.

The 24-year-old singer is said to be keen to star in a blockbuster with her 26-year-old fiancée next year before they wed.

A source told Hollywood Life: ''It could be a romantic thing, a comedy, or something in which they play characters who hate each other. But she'd want to do that before getting married because she is happy with how the relationship with Liam is going.''

Miley Cyrus is celebrating her first ever No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100, as 'Wrecking Ball' proved itself to be more than just a hit on YouTube, amassing huge sales numbers since it was released earlier this month. On the back of it's controversial video, the single for 'Wrecking Ball' moved from 22 in to first place over the course of the week as the Miley faithful pitched in to make the single her most successful one to date.

Knocking Katy Perry's 'Roar' from the top spot after a two week stay, 'Wrecking Ball' is the first Miley single to go all the way to No. 1, with her previous best efforts; 'We Can't Stop' and 'Party in the USA,' both stalling at No. 2. According to Nielsen ratings, posted by Billboard, the single has scored more than 477,000 download sales so far, off the back of it's colosal viewer takings on YouTube. Currently, the single has close to 130 million views, generated since it was first uploaded to Miley's Vevo on 9 September. The video managed to amass just short of 20 mil. views in it's first 24 hours online.

Miley's behaviour throughout Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards was tragic and often painful to watch, although she may have finally succeeded at casting off her Disney shadow. The way she went about doing it have irradiated the remaining ounces of respect that people may have had for her, essentially making the whole charade a pointless exercise. Miley Cyrus, in an interview on Good Morning America today (26th June), talked about her steady love life with actor Liam Hemsworth (brother of Thor actor Chris Hemsworth), her latest single "We Can't Stop" and what it means to her and her generation.Her parent's marriage may be failing: her father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus has filed for divorce from Miley's mother Tish, but she insists her relationship with Hemsworth is still going well.

Rumours circulating in March implied the singer's relationship with the actor was in dire straits as she was seen without her engagement ring. On Good Morning America, she retorted to the interviewer's question regarding her relationship with "I'm wearing a ring so." The singer on those who dislike her as a musician and as a celebrity said rather stoically, although with a distinct lack of eloquence, that "haters are gonna hate, but haters are also going to click on your YouTube video just to watch it so I don't really care".

Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus' father, is to divorce his wife of 19-years, Tish Cyrus, with the country star revealing the news to People Magazine on Thursday (June 13). The singer released a small statement asking for privacy and saying that his marriage had fallen apart, seemingly for good.

The actual divorce comes three years after the couple had initially threatened to divorce, with the pair eventually reconciling, but not for long it seems. Cyrus' statement on the break-up of their marriage read; "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

Meanwhile, Tish has filed papers for divorce herself, requesting primary physical and legal custody of their youngest daughter, Noah, 13, but giving visitation rights to Billy Ray. This was revealed in the court documents filed on Thursday (June 13) at the Los Angeles Superior Court, which also stated that Tish seeking spousal support and is demanding that Billy Ray also cover her attorney fees. There has yet to be any date made for divorce proceedings to take place, but expect it to happen before the end of 2013.

Miley Cyrus might be in the news practically every day, but this time it’s the unfortunate announcement of her parents’ divorce that’s making waves. This time it’s Tish Cyrus, who decided to move forward with the divorce, three years after Billy Ray filed the papers and then withdrew them, presumably in a bid to save the marriage. Noone from the Cyrus clan has released any information and Tish is urging the press to respect the family’s privacy at this time.

"This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time," she tells PEOPLE in a statement.

Billy Ray has reportedly issued a near-identical statement, urging for sensitivity on the matter. This probably means news outlets should hold off on the "achy breaky heart" puns. A big part of the divorce proceedings is shaping up to be the custody battle over the Cyruses’ youngest child, 13-year-old Noah, who, as a minor, still requires a guardian. Tish is reportedly seeking full custody over the teenager, affording visitation rights to the father. In addition, she also wants spousal support and full coverage of her legal fees by Billy Ray - essentially the standard arrangement in such cases. No word from Miley on the whole story yet.

Despite all the success Miley’s been having lately, there’s still trouble in Cyrus paradise, as Billy Ray and Tish, Miley’s parents, are divorcing. This is their second go at a divorce, after Billy Ray filed the papers three years ago, but then withdrew the claim to try and rebuild the marriage. The couple do have a lot on the line – they’ve been married for 13 years and have five children together. Only one of those children is still a minor – Noah Cyrus, who is only 13. Unsurprisingly, Tish has asked for full custody with visitation rights for Billy Ray. Her plea also includes spousal support and coverage of all her legal fees.

According to a report by TMZ, it was Tish who made the first move this time, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason. Clearly, a lot has been going on behind the scenes since we last checked in with the Cyrus family, but this is how they intend to keep the matter – private." Tish tells TMZ, "This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

Miley on the other hand, seems less keen on the whole privacy thing, instead using her twitter feed to reach out to her father. Well, “reaching out” might not be the appropriate term here. Yesterday, the “We Can’t Stop” singer tweeted the following message @billyraycyrus: "since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?"

Lots of women get married three times, but not many people do it to the same guy, three times over. Apparently, Miley Cyrus wants not one but three weddings, according to her father, Billy Ray Cyrus. “She wants three weddings,” he told US Magazine, when she ties the knot with her Aussie actor beau Liam Hemsworth.

And Billy had a touching story to tell, as well on the subject of Miley’s marriage, “I actually sent her a note just last night that I do look forward to that moment whenever that time is," explained Billy. Cyrus had become emotional watching a speech by Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano, who is suffering with leukaemia. "During the halftime, he told his team he wanted another Super Bowl trophy and he had two daughters he wanted to walk down the aisle. When I saw that last night, this guy that's battling Leukemia, and the fact that he is talking to his team saying, 'I want to hoist that trophy and walk my daughters down the aisle.' I immediately texted Miley and said, 'I just want you to know, whenever you're ready, I'm going to be very proud to walk you down that aisle.' She was like, 'Daddy!' with two smiley faces! That coach and that moment touched me."

Aw… we’re welling up already and they haven’t even set a date yet! Or have they?
