Because what are husbands for?
Husbands are great, generally. But when they post pictures of you on social media looking your absolute worst, it's enough to make you think about divorce. Indeed, funny man Ryan Reynolds did just to his spouse Blake Lively, though we suspect she found it hilarious.

It's true that 30-year-old Blake normally looks absolutely flawless in public, her red carpet looks being some of the most stunning in Hollywood. But hubby Ryan decided to debunk this idea that she is permamently glamorous by posting the most unflattering shot of her he could find.

Lively detailed an encounter with a make-up artist who photographed her as she slept.
In a week that has been dominated by the slew of allegations made against Harvey Weinstein, former 'Gossip Girl' star Blake Lively has come forward to detail her own experience of sexual harassment – an encounter with a make-up artist.
The 30 year old star spoke to the Los Angeles Times on Thursday (October 12th) to detail the incident. “He was saying things inappropriately, insisting on putting my lipstick on with his finger,” Lively said, before revealing that the situation got even more sinister.
“I was sleeping one night on location and I woke up and he was filming me,” she continued. “I was clothed, but it was a very voyeuristic, terrifying thing to do.”

Blake Lively has signed up to 'The Rhythm Section', to be directed by 'The Handmaid's Tale's Reed Morano and overseen by the James Bond producers.
Variety reported on Thursday (July 13th) that the former Gossip Girl actress, 29, has signed on to the project titled The Rhythm Section helmed by Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson. Based on the novel by British author Mark Burnell, The Rhythm Section will feature Lively as Stephanie Patrick, who becomes an assassin to avenge the deaths of her family in an airplane crash - a flight that she was meant to be on.
Reed Morano, who directed the first three episodes of hit TV series ‘The Handmaid's Tale’, will be behind the camera. Broccoli and Wilson said that it was “exciting” to work with such a “talented” line-up.
The two actors had all eyes on them as Gosling accepted his award.
Gosling beat Reynolds to the award and the Deadpool star consoled himself by smooching Garfield, who also left the awards empty handed after losing out on Best Performance in a Motion Picture Drama to Casey Affleck.
Lively’s one-and-a-half year old daughter has an interesting way of pronouncing certain words.
Blake Lively has revealed that her daughter has already got a bit of a potty mouth, despite being only one-and-a-half years old. Appearing on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, Lively explained how little James has a NSFW way of pronouncing certain words, which can lead to some embarrassing situations.
Blake Lively’s daughter had some interesting first words.
"She says 'shump' for 'jump,' 'shtand' for 'stand,' and if she wants to sit down, it's ’s**-t,’" Lively explained. "She said, 'Hey, come s**t with me!' She's like, 'Yay, s**t!’” But I'll take that any day over like, when we go to the park and we take off our socks, for some reason she doesn't have her 'sh' for 'socks,' she has a 'c' for ‘socks.”

The pregnant star posted a split image of her Cannes outfit from the front and behind with a lyric from 'Baby Got Back' as the caption. Cue outrage on Twitter.
Blake Lively has been accused of racism and being “white and privileged” after she posted a controversial caption on Instagram about her body.
The 28 year old star, who is pregnant with her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds, posted a split picture of images taken from the front and back when she was at the premiere of her new movie Café Society at Cannes last week, captioning it “L.A. face with an Oakland booty”.
Café Society offers a glimpse in to the world of Hollywood in the 1930's. With its narrative following Bronx-born, Bobby Dorfman (Jesse Einsenberg) on his romantic journey following his dreams, in both Hollywood and New York.
At the beginning of the film Bobby works for his uncle in Hollywood where he falls in love with his charming assistant Vonnie, on finding out she has a boyfriend he settles for friendship. However when she breaks up with him Bobby wastes little time and proposes to her. All seems to be going well until an unexpected turn of events happen and Bobby ends up fleeing to New York heartbroken.
On returning to New York he works for his gangster brother Ben who is now the owner of a nightclub "Les Tropiques" which is where he is first introduced to Veronica. The couple marry and seem to be living happily until one night when Vonnie arrives at the club and events change once again. This film is charming in its diverse representations of the 30's from down town New York to the scandals of Manhattan's elite.
Futuristic fashion flooded the floor at this year's Costume Gala.
This year's Met Gala hosted probably one of the best themes its ever seen, with celebrities entering in their droves decked head to toe in futuristic fashion; metallics, latex and dark lipstick galore. Some of the best dressed included Beyonce, Taylor Swift and Blake Lively.

The 2016 Costume Institute Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art featured an interesting fashion theme: 'Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology'. It was a chance to really get to grips with one's inner sci-fi fox, though many stars were disappointingly minimal with their costume execution.

Can you imagine Ashley Olsen and Rumer Willis playing the Upper East Side It-girls?
While we can't imagine anyone other than Blake Lively and Leighton Meester playing the roles of Serena and Blair on ‘Gossip Girl’, casting director David Rapport has revealed that the two actress’ weren't the studio’s first choice. Instead Rumer Willis and Ashley Olsen were the studio's top picks to play the Upper East Side queens.
Rumer Willis was almost cast in ‘Gossip Girl’.
"I think the network initially pitched us Ashley Olsen and Rumer Willis for Blair and Serena,” Rapport told Buzzfeed. "I love Rumer, she’s grown into quite an amazing actress and person, but that, to me, was based on protecting the investment of a television show where creatively, these lesser-known girls really captured the essence of the show and carried it for six years.”
