Blake Shelton has revealed that he enjoys taking girlfriend Gwen Stefani on ‘Bachelor’-style dates in his new private helicopter on his Oklahoma ranch.

During an appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' on Thursday the country star said he gets more use out of the helicopter than you would think, but admitted he doesn't fly it himself.

“We use that thing a lot,” Shelton told Kimmel “It gets a lot more use than you would think.”

“I don’t fly it,” he then admitted. “I don’t know how to fly it.”

The 40-year-old also joked: “So we use somebody else because in order to fly in it you need to be drinking. In order to be able to settle in and really enjoy, you gotta have some drinks and you shouldn’t be flying.”

Back in October the couple. who met when they were both judges on ‘The Voice’ celebrated their one year anniversary. They marked the relationship milestone by taking a trip to Disneyland, which is near where Stefani grew up and visiting the singer’s childhood home.

“She took me to Disneyland,” Shelton told Kimmel. “Then she drove me down the street to the house she grew up in and then the house they used where they basically created No Doubt and wrote a lot of the songs and rehearsed everyday.”

The country singer added that the walk down memory lane with Gwen was interesting, especially as she was taking selfies outside her old home as the current residents peered through the curtains.
