A second season of Better Call Saul has been renewed for a 13-episode-series according to THR. The premiere of the first 10-episode-series, originally slated to air in November of this year, has been delayed and will air in early 2015. The second series is slated to be aired in 2016.

Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, creators of Breaking Bad, have created the upcoming prequel. The Breaking Bad spin off will focus on lawyer Saul Goodman's antics before he encountered Walter White on Breaking Bad. Bob Odenkirk will reprise his role as the shady attorney. In addition to Odenkirk and Banks, season regulars include Michael McKean (The Producers), Rhea Seehorn (I'm With Her), Patrick Fabian (The Last Exorcism) and Michael Mando (Make Your Move).
