R&B icons Boyz II Men are set to delight fans by releasing their first album of new material in five years to celebrate two decades in the music industry.
The group, which began as a quartet, formed in 1988 and dropped their first album, Cooleyhighharmony, in 1991 and now remaining members Nathan Morris, Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman are marking the anniversary of their debut with the upcoming project, Twenty.
The double disc set will feature revamped versions of Boyz II Men classics, such as End of the Road, Bended Knee and I'll Make Love to You, as well as 10 brand new tracks.
The stars' last original album, The Remedy, was only physically released in Japan in 2006 and digitally in the U.S. the following year (07). Twenty will be Boyz II Men's first worldwide release of new music in 10 years when it hits retailers this autumn (11).
The anniversary album will cap off a big 2011 for the trio - earlier this year (11), they were announced as the part of the 2012 inductees on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
