Brian Wilson has announced a string of UK tour dates for September 2015, set to take place in eight different arenas around the country. The news comes ahead of the release of his eleventh solo album 'No Pier Pressure', which is out in April.

The Beach Boys legend is set to perform classics from both his solo career as well as his band days during the upcoming Autumn tour, and he will be joined on stage by former bandmates Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin, as well as 70s chart toppers America and Edwyn Collins of Orange Juice as supporting acts.

Wilson will be releasing his newest album 'No Pier Pressure' on April 6th 2015 through Capitol Records; an exciting modern project featuring a variety of collaborators including Kacey Musgraves, Nate Ruess from fun., She & Him and Sebu Simonian of Capital Cities.

The musician is also set to have his life story immortalised in film, as director Bill Pohlad brings biopic 'Love & Mercy' to screen in June, starring Paul Dano and John Cusack as the respective younger and older versions of him. Wilson himself will also feature in upcoming music documentary 'The Wrecking Crew', talking about the importance of the lesser cited musicians.

Wilson will be touring around the US in the Summer alongside Rodriguez. Meanwhile, fans can experience the ultimate tribute in the form of Brian Fest; a night of Brian Wilson fun hosted by The Best Fest on March 30th, and featuring performances from Norah Jones, Brandon Flowers, Boz Scaggs, Local Natives and others.

Tickets for the UK tour will be made available on March 27th, and are priced between £45 and £75.
