The 'Ender's Game' star will be adding her voice to the cast of Elizabeth Banks' sequel.

Hailee Steinfeld is to join the cast of Pitch Perfect 2, the college singing drama sequel set for release in May next year. The 17 year-old Ender's Game star will be one of the few high profile additions to the cast and she'll star alongside the returning Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, and Brittany Snow, according to Variety.

Steinfeld, who was nominated for an Oscar for her role in True Grit, is best known for her roles in sci-fi Ender's Game and last year's Shakespeare adaptation, Romeo and Juliet, opposite Douglas Booth.

The 2013 MTV Movie Awards relived some of our favourite movie moments from the past year as the most entertaining actors were presented their well-deserved awards.

With flicks such as 'The Avengers', 'Django Unchained' and 'Pitch Perfect' keeping us firmly in our seats at the movie theatre over the past 12 months, we couldn't have expected anything less to come of this year's MTV Awards. Movie of the Year understandably went to Joss Whedon's Marvel blockbuster 'The Avengers' and Whedon was there to collect the accolade alongside the film's stars Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Hiddleston and Chris Evans. The Best Musical Moment award was collected by the cast of comedy musical 'Pitch Perfect' - Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp, Brittany Snow, Alexis Knapp, Ester Dean and Hana Mae Lee - while Rebel also picked up the award for Breakthrough Performance.

Video - Brittany Snow's Manager Says She's An 'Over Achiever'

'Hairspray' actress Brittany Snow leaves the Japanese restaurant Katsuya in Hollywood with her manager.

Outside, the photographers ask her thoughts on the Fred Willard incident (an actor and comedian who was arrested for committing a lewd act in a cinema some weeks ago). 'They should leave that nice man alone', Snow's manager chimes in.

Snow is also asked if she has any 'vices' to which she insists that she does. When asked to name one, her manager says she's 'an over-achiever'. 'She's my manager, she has to say that', was the actress' reply.

Whisper Of The Heart Review

One of Studio Ghibli's strangest productions has to be this, Whisper of the Heart. Not because of any crazy morphing creatures -- though the film has a few of those -- but because of its subject matter. Here's a movie about teen romance, set largely in a library. There are no rakish adventurers, no ghosts, no forest creatures. Just a boy and a girl and only one magical cat to speak of. The film is generally charming, though its love story is strange to the point of inaccesibility: A girl who writes alternate lyrics to "Take Me Home, Country Roads"? Whoa, now that's weird.
