Cara Delevingne doesn't want people to think she's been successful because of her ''social media presence''.

The 22-year-old beauty has recently made the transition from modelling into acting - and has insisted her burgeoning career is simply the result of talent and hard work.

She told London's Evening Standard newspaper: ''I work really hard and don't want anyone to think that this is a fluke or I got this because of my social media presence.''

Meanwhile, Cara's 'Paper Towns' co-star Nat Wolff claimed recently she had no idea who she was before they met on set.

Nat admitted he was one of few people who hadn't heard of Cara until shortly before they started shooting the new film in North Carolina last November.

The 20-year-old actor told E! News: ''I was the only human on the face of the Earth who didn't know who she was and then she walked in and I was like, 'I think I recognise you on a billboard outside my apartment in New York.' I think I have walked my dog past you. She just blew us away, such a good actress and she is such a wild person.''
