British Supermodel Cara Delevingne Was Confronted About Her Lack Of Enthusiasm By Interviewers During An Awkward Chat On A U.s. Morning Show While Promoting Her New Movie Paper Towns.
Video footage of the catwalk star-turned-actress chatting with Good Day Sacramento via video link from New York emerged online this week (beg27Jul15), showing the usually energetic catwalk beauty answering questions in a tired and sarcastic manner.
When the female reporter, who introduced her as 'Carla', asked if she read the Paper Towns novel, Delevingne replied, "No, I never read the book, or the script actually. I kind of winged it... no, of course, I love the book."
Another host asked "Do you find that it's easier for you to focus because you're so busy?" and the star replied, "No, I don't know where that comes from. No."
The third interviewer then brought up her attitude, saying, "I saw you in London a couple of weeks ago on TV and (you) seemed a lot more excited about it than you do right now. Are you just exhausted?"
The model appeared visibly taken back and replied, "Oh... no, I mean, I'm still very excited. The premiere was last night... But I'm not any less excited than I was a couple of weeks ago. Maybe I had a bit more energy, it's the morning, don't be mean."
The female anchor then added, "You seem a bit irritated, perhaps it's just us", and Delevingne fired back "Yeah, I think it's just you," and anchor ends the interview by saying, "We'll let you go, take a little nap, maybe get a Red Bull. How about that?"
Delevingne can then be heard uttering "too far" as her video link is cut off. The reporters then discussed her attitude, with the women saying, "She was in a mood!"
