France's former First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and Johnny Depp's ex Vanessa Paradis are fronting a new charity anthem to raise awareness about and cash for the battle against Ebola in Africa.

Hot on the heels of the release of the reworked Band Aid single Do They Know It's Christmas?, model and singer Bruni, who famously dated Mick Jagger and Eric Clapton, and Joe Le Taxi singer Paradis will appear on an all-French charity song, which will be released this Christmas (14).

Noel est la (Christmas is Here) will also feature Lou Doillon, Izia Higelin and singer/composer Jean-Louis Albert.

The single will be released on 1 December (14), and all proceeds will benefit British rocker Bob Geldof's Band Aid Association.

The new Band Aid 30 single, which features Bono, One Direction, Ellie Goulding and Coldplay's Chris Martin was released on Monday (17Nov14) and became the fastest selling U.K. single of the year with 206,000 copies snapped up in just two days.
