Carrie Underwood trusts her husband completely.

The 'Blown Away' hitmaker doesn't worry about what her spouse, ice hockey star Mike Fisher, gets up to on nights out without her as she has complete faith that he wouldn't do anything to jeopardise their three-year marriage.

The former 'American Idol' winner told the December issue of Redbook magazine: ''If he goes to a bar with his friends, a tabloid is going to report about it. Same goes for me. Trust is what it is. Either you trust someone or you don't. And I've never trusted anyone more than I trust Mike.''

Despite her phenomenally successful country music career, Carrie insists she lives a normal life and doesn't rely on other people to do her chores for her, especially her laundry.

She explained: ''I do not like people touching my underwear. That's just weird! I travel with a washer and dryer and I like cooking on the bus too.''

The 30-year-old country singer also dished on how she keeps in shape, and admits she has to watch what she eats because she has an insatiable appetite.

Carrie - who hosted the Country Music Awards on Wednesday (06.11.13) night - said: ''I put on a lot of weight (during 'American Idol') because we were locked in a room all day with a craft service table. I was bored, so I was just eating. I was never overweight, but I feel better with myself now. You know how you feel when you get full? Well, I don't get full. I can eat a lot. Mike and I were in Italy for 10 days and I put on eight pounds. So in real life, I have to make sure I'm not eating just to eat.''
