The television host dropped jaws at the glamorous bash held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles when she walked the red carpet in her floor-length figure-hugging frock, but she has admitted it was a tight ''squeeze'' to fit into it.
Speaking to Giuliana Rancic, she said: ''I managed to squeeze myself into this Monique Lhuillier gown.
''We had to let the back out a little bit but everything else is pretty okay. I'm hanging in there.''
The 38-year-old beauty, who announced she was expecting a baby earlier this month, is adamant she won't let her pregnancy affect her fashion choices.
She said last week: ''The first week after I announced it [the pregnancy], I was like, 'I am wearing my highest Christian Louboutins this week.' I am not going to get mumsy!''
The 'So You Think You Can Dance' host and husband Patrick Kielty - who married in a secret ceremony in Rome, Italy, in 2012 - are ''so happy'' to be expecting their first child together and are looking forward to finding out the sex.
