Why Big Brother, And Spencer Clawson, Should Pack Up And Leave

Big Brother Les Moonves CBS

It's time that Big Brother packed its bags and left the television schedules for good. You've been evicted Big Brother - now you must leave.

The fifteenth series has quickly earned the tag of the most controversial season yet and not for any particularly entertaining reason. We've already heard racial and homophobic slurs during the show's 24-hour live feeds and on Monday (August 5, 2013), contestant Spencer Clawson made some comments so idiotic, so appalling that it's becoming increasingly hard to justify putting 20 knuckleheads in a big room, not giving them much to eat or drink and forcing them to vote against each other.

This week, live-feed watchers watched in disgust as Spencer said - and we kid you not. "I like to beat off to child porn. Did I ever tell y'all about that? I love it. Beating off to child porn is my favorite thing there is."

Cote De Pablo Still Leaving NCIS Despite Being Offered 'A Lot Of Money'?

Cote de Pablo NCIS CBS

CBS' presentation at the Television Critics Association centred around one thing, and one thing only: the exit of Cote de Pablo from their hit show NCIS. de Pablo plays Ziva David in the fast moving crime drama, and her exit would be a huge loss for the fans and the show itself, such is her popularity. She’s leaving, but not without CBS throwing a bucket of cash over her head first.

Cote de PabloCote de Pablo has decided to move on

“I really want to clarify," CBS Corp CEO Les Moonves said, "we offered Cote de Pablo a lot of money, and then we offered her even more money because we really didn’t want to lose her. We love her. We think she was she was terrific." (HitFix)

Who Will Play Charlie Sheen's Gay Daughter On 'Two And A Half Men'?

Charlie Sheen Ashton Kutcher Angus T. Jones CBS

CBS are on the hunt for a young actress to play Charlie Sheen's lesbian daughter on Two and a Half Men. Ok, so Sheen left the show some time ago, but the comedy will introduce the "sexy and gorgeous" estranged 21-year-old daughter of Charlie Harper for its 11th season.

The news was confirmed to Entertainment Weekly, with a source saying Charlie's daughter will have recently moved to Los Angeles from New York. The character will effectively replace Jake, played by Angus T. Jones, who will cut down his appearances on the show to focus on attending college.

That's the official line coming out of CBS, though it's clear Jones' role on America's biggest sitcom became untenable after he actively encouraged fans to stop watching the show before of its adult themes.

Networks To Announce Fall Line-Ups, Will 'CSI:NY,' 'Touch' And 'Go On' Survive?

Kiefer Sutherland Matthew Perry CBS NBC ABC Fox

Crime drama CSI NY, Matthew Perry's 'Go On' and Fox's 'Touch,' starring Kiefer Sutherland are amongst the television shows in danger of being cancelled when the networks announce their fall line-ups in the coming weeks. The clock is very much ticking, and it's getting louder with every passing second.

It's a familiar Hollywood plot, with actors, producers, writers and directors waiting nervously to hear whether their shows have made it onto the fall line-ups. If the ratings are not there, the show disappears. Simple. NBC unveils its plans on Sunday May 12, while Fox announce on Monday, ABC Tuesday and CBS on Wednesday. CW fans have to wait until Thursday for that announcement.

As reported by the Plain Dealer, we already know that Animal Practice, Made in Jersey, Last Resort and The Mob Doctor are getting in, though there are several more high profile shows that are in danger of being handed a pink slip. They include the CBS crime dramas CSI:NY and Criminal Minds. Ratings suggest the latter might survive, but CSI looks to be a goner. A year ago, it was suggested that NY might get cancelled and CSI: Miami could survive though the reverse happened.
