The Ride Along star posted a video on Instagram in which the young woman calls him Chris Rock and Kevin replies, "Yes I am, yes I am. Make sure you come to my show tonight. It’s called Rock the World." He added the caption, "These are the moments that keep me Humble."

Fact: The live broadcast of the 88th Oscars hit an all-time ratings low on Sunday (28Feb16), when 34.5 million viewers tuned in to watch comedian Chris Rock host Hollywood's big night. The figure is down six per cent from last year's (15) telecast, which was presented by Neil Patrick Harris. The 2016 Academy Awards were overshadowed by the lack of diversity among its top nominees, which sparked the #OscarsSoWhite campaign on social media and inspired stars like Will Smith and his wife Jada and director Spike Lee to boycott the ceremony.

Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter the executives were turned off by one grotesque scene featuring Rock's character with a plate of human body parts before him. The publication suggests the comic agreed to reshoot some of his scenes over the summer (15) to appease network TV chiefs.

Fact: Comedian Chris Rock was locked up on Tuesday (23Jun15) as he filmed his guest role on hit hip-hop drama EMPIRE. The actor plays one of Terrence Howard's prison inmates in the show's upcoming second series and filmmaker Lee Daniels shared photos of himself and Rock behind the scenes of the shoot at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center in Illinois on Tuesday. Musicians Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz are among the other stars set to make cameos in the programme's next season, which will air in the U.S. in September (15).
