Christie Brinkley is reportedly selling the Hamptons home she has shared with her family for the past 18 years.
The former Sports Illustrated model, and mother of three is preparing for life as an 'empty nester' as her children Jack, 21, and Sailor Brinkley-Cook, 17, spend more time in Manhattan. Meanwhile her 30-year-old daughter Alexa Ray Joel, whose father is musician Billy Joel, has lived in the city for years.
Editors at The New York Post report Christie is selling her 20-plus-acre Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton, putting it on the market for $29.5 million (£19.8 million).
The estate was built in 1891 and has views from the Atlantic Ocean to the Connecticut shore. It encompasses a 50-foot observation tower, a four-bedroom guest house with greenhouse conservatory, a separate barn/artist studio and a four-car heated garage.
Christie, 62, has been heavily invested in the area for several years. In 2013 she sold a home in Sag Harbor for a reported $10 million (£6.7 million) following her acrimonious divorce from Peter Cook.
It's also reported that four-times wed Christie will now move into one of her smaller properties in the East Hampton and Southampton's Sag Harbor.
The ex-cover girl has been dating musician John Mellencamp, 64, since 2015.
