Model Christie Brinkley wants a New York judge to fine her ex-husband Peter Cook $140,000 (£87,500) for allegedly harassing her via email.
The former couple has been locked in a bitter legal battle since splitting in 2008 after 12 years of marriage, and the court fight turned so ugly in 2009, the judge overseeing the case ordered Cook be fined $5,000 (£3,125) each time he overstepped the line.
Now Brinkley has accused Cook of violating the order 28 times by sending her abusive emails and she's asking the judge to penalise her ex, reports the New York Daily News.
But her lawyer, Tom Campagna, is adamant Brinkley is not after Cook's cash, saying, "This is not about the money. This is about what we're calling bullying."
Meanwhile, Cook, who was caught cheating on Brinkley during their marriage, insists the model is equally to blame for harassment - and he's seeking the same punishment against her for more than $200,000 (£125,000), according to his attorney James Winkler.
Brinkley also recently filed a request for an additional $32,000 (£20,000) from Cook for educational costs for their two children, son Jack, 16, and daughter Sailor, 13 - a motion the businessman is disputing.
