The 34 year-old actress, and her husband James Heerdegen, are set to become parents for the very first time.
Christina Ricci is set to become a mother for the first time.
The 34 year-old actress is pregnant with her, and husband James Heerdegen's, first child.
Ricci has managed to keep a tight lid on the exciting news, but her rather large baby bump was clearly on display when she arrived at LAX this past Friday (May 23rd).
The future-mommy wore black leggings and a large long-sleeved shirt, topped off with a brown belt and a pair of flats, obviously for comfort.
Ricci's stomach has grown considerably since she posted a selfie last April which didn't hint at a pregnancy, but she was sporting a rather loose t-shirt.
This will be the first time the married couple, who tied the knot last October (2013), will experience parenthood.
Ricci and Heerdegen walked down the aisle in an intimate ceremony which was witnessed by close friends and family at the Harold Pratt House and Peterson Hall in New York City.
'The Opposite Sex' actress donned a mesmerising Givenchy haute couture wedding dress with beads covering her long white sleeves and a long train. She also styled her brunette hair in locks swept back to the side in a bun accompanied with a veil.
The couple met in 2011 on the set of 'Pan Am', an ABC drama which has since been cancelled. A rep for Ricci confirmed their engagement in February of 2013 as rumours started to circulate when the actress was spotted wearing a diamond ring.
