Movie icon Clark Gable's grandson has pleaded guilty to pointing a laser at an occupied Los Angeles Police Department helicopter.
Clark James Gable, 23, is expected to serve 10 days behind bars and a further 200 hours of hard labour when he is sentenced in January (12).
Gable was arrested for pointing a laser at police from a car as they hovered over an event in Hollywood this past summer (Jul11), temporarily blinding the pilot.
He took a plea deal on Thursday (08Dec11) in a bid to have a felony charge of discharge of a laser and one count of assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury dropped.
