Reunited British indie act Lush have been forced to cancel their weekend (16Apr16) set at the Coachella festival due to visa issues.
The group's first North American tour in 20 years was scheduled to begin at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday (14Apr16), but the band had to postpone the show over a work permit issue.
At the time the bandmates insisted no other gig would be affected, but on Friday (15Apr16), they confirmed their Coachella set and a show in San Francisco, California on Sunday (17Apr16) have been axed.
"We regret to announce that our shows at Coachella this weekend as well at The Warfield in San Fran on Sun April 17 will no longer happen..." a tweet from the band reads.
The San Francisco concert will be rescheduled and Lush are still set to perform at Coachella's second weekend (23Apr16).
They are not the only international act facing visa issues ahead of Coachella - U.K. grime artist Skepta put his festival set in jeopardy by announcing, "I am not allowed in America right now."
Coachella 2016 begins on Friday (15Apr16) and features headliners LCD Soundsystem, Guns N' Roses, and Calvin Harris.
