Daniel Craig has asked for a double bed in his trailer on the set of the new James Bond movie 'Skyfall'.

The 007 actor wants enough room for his new wife Rachel Weisz - whom he married in June - to be able to stay with him on set, so he can concentrate his full attention getting into character as the iconic spy, rather than having to jet off to see her.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "He asked for the trailer so it could be effectively a second home and his wife can visit him during filming.

"It means he can spend more time on set and put everything into the next Bond, as he always does."

Alongside the double bed, Daniel's list of requirements also includes a coffee machine with South American beans, two bodyguards, a masseuse, a trainer and access to a gym.

The 43-year-old star is said to be on a strict exercise regime to get back to his best shape for his third outing as the screen spy, as well as being told to grow a full beard, sparking speculation 'Skyfall' will have a terrorist based plotline.

The source added: "He's getting in amazing shape. Daniel doing the full beard and is in preparations for a massive car chase scene."

At a press conference in London yesterday (03.11.11), Daniel posed with bond girls Naomie Harris and Berenice Marlohe where director Sam Mendes said the film will not be in any way connected to either of the last two films to feature Daniel, 'Quantum of Solace' or 'Casino Royale'.

The film is set to be shot primarily at Pinewood Studios in England, as well as on location in London, China, Turkey and Scotland and will also feature Javier Bardem, Albert Finney, Ralph Fiennes and Ben Whishaw.

'Skyfall' will be released in the UK on 26 October 2012.
