The runner was working out in a popular wine region when the Crosby, Stills & Nash star accidentally hit him in his 2015 Tesla, sending the man to a local hospital with multiple fractures.

Crosby told police he was blinded by the sun and didn't see the jogger. The rocker was not injured.

Police reports suggest alcohol and drugs were not a factor and Crosby was driving below the speed limit at the time of the accident.

The runner is expected to recover fully from his injuries.
