Ashton/Demi $10 Million Legal Battle Is Getting Ugly

Ashton Kutcher Demi Moore

Their marriage between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore may have ended a long time ago, but the divorce has obviously just begun. The pair are currently in the midst of a court battle to the tune of $10 million dollars. According to the New York Post, the former couple are in a $10 million battle over A-Grade investments, the venture capital fund Kutcher formed with Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary and billionaire Ron Burkle, which was recently valued at $100 million. This is a battle that obviously will not end in an easy settlement.

Sources close to Kutcher believe he’s in the right, claiming that the actor has made a lot of money in the 18 months since the separation, and he doesn’t believe he owes Moore as much as she claims. This seems plausible, especially since Kutcher became the highest paid actor in television, striking a $700 000 per episode deal for Two and a Half Men. However, this isn’t the money that Moore is laying claim to.

“Ashton set up A-Grade with Oseary and Burkle in 2010, when he and Demi were still together, but he recently told her lawyers the fund had not made substantial money. In fact, he claimed he had only put about $1 million into it," the source told the Post. “Now it seems Ashton and Oseary were working towards a private offering based on a valuation of $100 million. Ashton owns 20 percent of the fund, under California law, Demi should be entitled to half of his share — $10 million.”

Demi Moore Reunited With Daughter Rumer, For One Yoga Class At Least

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher

This past week photos were snapped of Demi Moore reunited with her estranged daughter Rumer. The pair were reportedly shot leaving a yoga studio in West Hollywood together, prompting speculation that the mother-daughter relationship is finally on the mend.

"They all did the class together, and after 90 minutes they walked out as a group," a source told Us Weekly. "Demi and Rumer seemed very close, like they had been in the past. There didn't seem to be any tension or hard feelings between them."

The mother-daughter relationship reportedly suffered last year when Demi split from Ashton Kutcher and checked herself into rehab. The actress’s troubles apparently distanced her from her three children Rumer (24), Scout (21) and Tallulah (19). Obviously not all hope is lost though and, according to sources close to the family, Rumer is almost ready to bond with her mother again: "It's true they're not all hunky dory, getting along like they used to, but they're not about to go to those extremes. They love their mom at the end of the day, and they're never going to completely abandon her."

Here We Go: Demi Moore And Ashton Kutcher Begin $290 Million Divorce Battle

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher

Demi Moore is coming out all guns blazing in her divorce battle with Ashton Kutcher. Though this could have been a straight split down the middle job, the 'Margin Call' actress is demanding both spousal support and attorney fees from Ashton Kutcher in a battle thought to be worth around $290 million.

The New York Post's Page Six has obtained Moore's legal documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, which cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

The couple split in November 2011 after six years together, with Kutcher striking up a relationship with his former That 70's Show co-star Mila Kunis. After waiting over a year, Kutcher was the one to file for divorce in December 2010, though Moore struck back with her own filed application.

Demi Moore May Take Ashton Kutcher Divorce To Court, He Has Been "Very Difficult" And "Even Hostile"

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher

When a very wealthy couple divorces, both of whom have buckets of money, one might wonder why on earth it's so difficult to come to a financial settlement. Unlike the divorces of your average Joe both parties will certainly be financially comfortable, so what's the big deal? According to a source at the New York Post Ashton Kutcher has been making the divorce between him and his ex Demi Moore "very difficult".

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi - a lot more than she made - but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," the source said, adding that now Demi "has had enough." They have been trying to come to a settlement out of court but given that Ashton "has been very difficult during the talks...You could even say he has been hostile," that is no longer an option and apparently Moore will be taking the whole divorce to court.

Hopefully now that the case has escalated this far there will at least be an end in sight. "It's hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial."

Demi Divorce Papers Finally Being Filed: Demi Moore Will File Paper To End Ashton Kutcher Marriage, At Last

Demi Moore

Demi’s divorce papers have been filed, finally. The 50 year old actress has filed her divorce papers to end her marriage to Ashton Kutcher, after 16 months of being separated, New York Post have reported that the to-ing and fro-ing has finally come to an end and Moore has tired of trying to reach a confidential settlement that pleases her.

Ashton Kutcher actually filed papers back in December, but Demi has yet to respond. Reportedly, she was trying to reach a settlement, before filing. Kutcher earned a lot more money than Demi after they split but he doesn’t appear to feel that she’s entitled to much of it. An insider told the Post “Ashton has been very difficult during the talks,” the insider said. “You could even say he has been hostile.” It sounds as though the highest paid actor on TV will not be parting with his hard-earned cents without a fight and Demi appears to have lost the will to fight.

She's Back! Demi Moore Out And About With Her New Man

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher

Demi Moore is certainly one for fleeting romances or at least she has been of late.

No more than three months after the divorce papers for her marriage to Ashton Kutcher have been filed, the 51-year-old actress seems to already be well into her second post-divorce relationship. The first one, with art dealer Vito Schnabel, ended abruptly in December at the Art Basel festival in Miami, but Moore is already being linked to a brand new man – this time it is 31-year-old Harry Morton. The pair have reportedly known each other for a few months, after meeting through mutual friends and, if the rumours are to be believed, they are already pretty hot for each other.

"They have been trying to keep it a secret," a source told E!News "It's not a serious thing...but it may develop into something. They have a lot of fun together and have been meeting in secret places in New York and Los Angeles." That wasn’t the best kept of secrets to be sure and apparently the couple finally decided to go public and they did so in style – being photographed arriving for a casual dinner date at South Beverly Grill in Beverly Hills. According to the same source, during the evening the couple looked casual, relaxed and enjoying each other’s company. Afterwards the two retired to Demi’s place, where the paparazzi waited them out, but to no avail. Well, Demi certainly isn’t wasting any time and let’s face it, being a rich, beautiful and single lady in Hollywood probably isn’t hurting her options. It may not be too serious yet, but we’re still keeping our fingers crossed that this one works out for her.

Merry Christmas! Ashton Kutcher Files For Divorce From Demi Moore

Ashton Kutcher Demi Moore Mila Kunis

Demi Moore received a nice little package on her doormat this week, though it probably wasn’t the Christmas present she was expecting. More than a year after they separated, Moore and ex-husband Ashton Kutcher will finally separate after the Two and a Half Men star filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court yesterday.

Kutcher – who is now dating Mila Kunis – cites irreconcilable differences and is not seeking any spousal support from his ex. The filing comes a couple of weeks after Moore was spotted partying at Miami’s Art Basel, with Lenny Kravitz, among others. The personal drama between Kutcher and his wife began around a year ago, when they announced they were splitting amid allegations that the actor had cheated. “As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life,” Moore said at the time. Unfortunately for her, moving forward meant visits to hospital and being cut off from her three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah, according to the New York Daily News.

It could be a pretty rough year for Moore, given that Kutcher has hired the pit-bull divorce attorney Laura Wasser. She has previously handled high net worth dissolutions for the likes of Kim Kardashian, Stevie Wonder, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey and Heidi Klum.

The Demi Moore/Ashton Kutcher Divorce Drama Continues... And This Time, It's About Money

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher Bruce Willis

Divorces usually mean families being torn apart, but in the case of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore's divorce, the only thing being split is bank accounts, as the pair continue to bicker and draw out their divorce just that little bit longer.

Considering both of them are absolutely loaded, you'd have thought that they would have something else to argue about other than money, but apparently not. According to TMZ, Demi is stalling on the divorce, which took a year to arrive as it is, because she wants a big cash payout from the split.

When she split up from Bruce Willis in the 90's, Demi apparently got one heck of a divorce settlement and this time round she wants something along those same lines, despite the fact that Demi is richer than Ashton by quite some way. Whilst testimonies from differing sources vary, one excuse for the elongation of the divorce process says that Demi is just waiting for the right financial resolution to be settled before she is ready to pull the plug on the marriage. Other sources say that Ashton was waiting for Demi to file proceedings for the divorce, something she never did.

Demi Moore Rolls Back The Years, Miami Style

Demi Moore Lenny Kravitz

Since nabbing a toy boy half her age, Demi Moore has applied her dating logic to other walks of life, and was snapped living it up in Miami with a few celebrity pals while her 24-year-old daughter was snuggled up in bed.

Moore was spotted kissing her new 26-year-old boyfriend, Vito Schnabel, and partying the night away with Lenny Kravitz at the Art.sy and Chanel BBQ at the Soho Beach House in Miami on Wednesday night, E! News reported. "They are definitely a couple," a source told E! about Moore and Schnabel. "She is definitely more down to party than Vito." In a further defiance of biology, Moore was dancing the night away, and was so excited, she was grinding around in her seat. "She was most ready to party than anyone else in the room," a source added. Despite the fact that Schnabel was reportedly in attendance, Moore clung to Kravitz the whole night. Vito, whose father is Julian Schnabel, is a big name on the New York art scene. Demi apparently met him last month, getting acquainted at the 50th birthday party of Naomi Campbell's boyfriend Vladimir Doronin.

Paradoxically, her 24 year old daughter, Rumer Willis posted a picture onto Instagram of herself snuggling up in bed with her favourite pooch. Somehow this has intensified the scrutiny upon Demi for heading out and having fun. As far as we're concerned, it doesn't matter whether you're 24, 50 or 75. You're only as old as you feel, etc etc.

Demi Moore Still Knows How To Party Like It's 19...89?

Demi Moore Will Ferrell Pharrell Williams Stephen Dorff Naomi Campbell Jeremy Piven Russell Simmons

Demi Moore is saying to all those women who've reached half a century on this earth: go out and have a good time while you still can. And all you naysayers out there who say she shouldn't, well, shut up.

She went out for a wild one in Miami at beachside barbecue, and was joined by Lenny Kravitz and Stacy Kiebler, amongst other cool friends. Her reported toy boy - art dealer Vito Schnabel, the 26-year-old son of artist and director Julian Schnabel - was also there to roll back the years (for her anyway). She was snapped by paps at the venue grinding around in her seat, but she didn't exactly make it difficult for the photo hungry freelancers and general public, as she gamely posed for pics at the reveller's delights. "She is definitely more down to party than Vito," an eyewitness told E! News, saying the two are definitely a couple. According to that source, the two were publicly making out at the event. The party at Miami's Soho Beach House was apparently sponsored by Chanel for Art.sy, and Will Ferrell, Stephen Dorff, Russell Simmons, Pharrell Williams,Naomi Campbell, Jeremy Piven and Adriana Lima were among other faces in the crowd.

Moore has come under some stick recently for dating someone just over half her age, and, the fact that her 24 year old daughter was snuggled up in bed cuddling one of her favourite pooches, has seemed to direct a lot of abuse to her for going out and having fun. We at Contact Music say go for it, sister.

Demi Moore's New Boyfriend: 7 Things To Know About Vito Schnabel

Demi Moore Julian Schnabel Naomi Campbell Stella Schnabel Lena Dunham Elle Macpherson Liv Tyler Woody Harrelson Steven Tyler Terence Koh

Demi Moore's new boyfriend is 26 years-old. That's 3 years younger than her ex-husband Ashton Kutcher - as Alan Partridge might say, "Cashback". Ok, so art dealer Vito Schnabel might not be as rich as the Two and a Half Men star, but we reckon he's still got a healthy bank balance.

They reportedly got together at a lavish 50th birthday party in India, thrown by supermodel Naomi Campbell for her billionaire boyfriend Vladimir Doronin. A source said, "They were dancing and grinding all over each other, openly, in front of other guests." So who is this mysterious art dealer? Here's 7 things you should know about Demi's new love, Vito Schnabel.

1. He's only 26. Ok, so we've already gone through this, but it's probably worth repeating. It pretty much sets in stone the long held theory that Moore loves a younger man.

Demi Moore Divorce Delays Apparently Punishment For Ashton?

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher Mila Kunis

After more than a year apart, Demi Moore still hasn't proceeded with her divorce papers from former love Ashton Kutcher, and according to a number of sources the reason why is because Demi is trying to punish Ashton.

The Inquisitr is but one of the outlets reporting that Demi, playing the role of the woman scorned, is deliberately refusing to further the divorce between herself and Ashton to spite him and his new flame, his former That 70's Show co-star Mila Kunis.

RealityTV Magazine is another who has reported that Demi is being deliberate in her delaying of the divorce, saying that each time the case moves forward, Moore “throws up another objection or demand.”

Why Aren't Ashton Kutcher And Demi Moore Divorced Yet?

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher

It’s been a year since Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher broke up, and the pair are pretty obviously not getting back together given the nature of the split (Kutcher cheating on the 49 year-old actress with a 22 year-old on their wedding anniversary namely), and also the fact that Kutcher seems somewhat happy with his former That 70’s Show co-star Mila Kunis.

Yet, as many people are starting to become aware, the pair aren’t actually officially divorced. That’s pretty strange if you think about it; Moore, a successful actor throughout three decades of Hollywood, not to mention minted from a previous high profile marriage to Bruce Wilis, certainly doesn’t need to be entering any protracted negotiations with Kutcher about getting money from him – she’s plenty wealthy. So what else could the reason be?

Some are going for a real bunny-boiler approach, suggesting that Moore’s refusal to split is because she’s hoping to lure him back to her – seems unlikely given the heartache he caused. However, the likes The Inquisitr and Reality TV Magazine are offering a far more plausible reason: Moore is acting the woman scorned and so is refusing to get divorced to get back at Kutcher. Again, we’re not entirely sure about this possibility either, but we definitely wouldn’t be surprised given how much the split has clearly affected the actress over the past year.

'She Is Behaving Like A Total B*tch' - Demi Moore's Kids Side With Ashton Over Divorce

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher Mila Kunis

Ashton Kutcher might be dating his former co-star Mila Kunis, but his estranged wife, Demi Moore (the one he cheated on…) isn’t about to give the guy the quickie divorce he might be hoping for. And frankly, who can blame her? According to RadarOnline, Demi is seriously toying with Ashton’s patience and dragging out divorce proceedings as much as possible. Sadly for Demi, though, it looks as though her behaviour has lost her the support of her children, who have sided with Kutcher in the drama.

A close source reportedly told Radar “Demi has instructed her attorneys to delay negotiations as much as possible. The main issue they have been fighting over has been the division of assets and the monetary settlement, but it's now gotten to the point where Ashton is willing to cave in to all of Demi's demands just to reach a settlement.” It’s understandable that Demi wants to make life tricky for Ashton; she must be mad that he’s managed to move on so quickly but is it really worth her risking her relationship with her kids?

According to the source, “"Rumer, Scout and Tallulah have all remained close to Ashton and they have completely come down on his side. Rumer especially is really annoyed at her mother for dragging things out and thinks she is behaving like a total b*tch.” Ouch. “It’s a classic case of a woman scorned,” said the source and we’re inclined to agree.

Is Demi Really That Bothered About Ashton Kutcher And Mila Kunis?

Demi Moore Ashton Kutcher Mila Kunis

Reports are 'rife' this week that Demi Moore has had just about enough of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis' public displays of affection. The new couple have been spotted lunching in Los Angeles and wistfully wandering around Central Park arm-in-arm. Pretty shocking for two whipper snappers in a relationship.

Nevertheless, the good people at - er - People magazine claim Demi Moore hasn't fully recovered from her meltdown that she suffered after Kutcher's cheating scandal last year. She will mark her 50th birthday on November 11, 2012 (she's 21 years older than Kunis) and is reportedly still struggling with weight issues. A source tells the magazine in this week's cover story, "Her friends aren't convinced she's all better," with another friend revealing that she's both "jealous and frustrated" by Ashton's new romance. It begs the question, is Moore really that bothered? Sure she's had a rough year, though she's still got Hollywood credibility (her recent turn in the excellent 'Margin Call' saw Demi back to her best) and no doubt has decent scripts still coming through the post. Ashton just makes bad films. And gets paid millions for a bad television program. Another source maintained the actress was actually doing pretty well, "As hard as it has been, despite the depression of going through a divorce, she came through it."

Moore will next star in the drama 'Very Good Girls', directed by Oscar nominated writer and producer Naomi Foner. The film boasts an intriguing looking cast, comprising of Dakota Fanning, Elizabeth Olsen among others.

$24 Million Salary: Ashton Kutcher Tops Forbes' Actors Rich List

Ashton Kutcher Demi Moore Charlie Sheen Steve Carell Ricky Gervais Hugh Laurie Ray Romano Alec Baldwin

Ashton Kutcher has been named TV’s highest paid actor. The Two and a Half Men star may have disgraced himself in the celebrity gossip world, by allegedly cheating on his partner Demi Moore, but in the world of television, he’s still hot property and commands a staggering fee for his appearances in the show.

According to Forbes’ annual survey of the highest paid television actors, Kutcher earned $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012. His predecessor on Two and a Half Men, Charlie Sheen (who left the show in a pretty dramatic fashion after suffering what appeared to be some kind of mental breakdown) did not even make the Top 10. That said, when Sheen was at the top of his game, he out-classed Kutcher significantly, with earnings of $40 million. Sheen wasn’t the only big name star to mysteriously disappear from the Top 10 though. Steve Carell, who proved to be a massive hit on the small screen with the US adaptation of Ricky Gervais’ The Office, also dropped off the list.

Snapping at Kutcher’s heels at the top of the list was Hugh Laurie, who ranked second with $18 million, largely for his role in House. Ray Romano earned an equal amount, and still appears to be raking it in with re-runs of his classic Everybody Loves Raymond comedy. Alec Baldwin’s in next with $15 million, still charming TV audiences with his role in 30 Rock.

The Hunchback Of Notre Dame II Review

Bad
Our pal Quasimodo finds love of his own in this abortive and unbearably lazy sequel to Disney's moderate success, The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Unlike mostly no-name productions like The Return of Jafar, the entire original cast is back in this sequel (with the exception of Mary Wickes, who died before the original Hunchback was ever released), and how Disney convinced them to take part is beyond me. (Iron-clad contract or the promise that, after all, this will barely take an hour of their time?)

Bobby Review

Bad
Filmmakers go overboard all the time, but none more than Oliver Stone. When Stone released JFK in 1991, it was obvious that he was pulling from a biased idealism, but he wasn't necessarily fibbing either. The cumulative effect of Stone's film was investigative fervor; even if you didn't believe the bulk of what was being given, you had to be shocked by a few of his points. The film was about looking back, but it was also about the hushed panic of the Kennedy assassination and the rest of the '60s. So, maybe going overboard was important to what Stone was after.

You won't find any sort of rabblerousing or sense of time in Emilio Estevez's Bobby, his account of the people that were in attendance when Robert F. Kennedy was shot and killed in Los Angeles' Ambassador Hotel. Estevez tosses together close to two dozen major characters and storylines along with footage of RFK campaigning against racism, America's poverty, and unlawful McCarthy tactics. The stories run the gamut from a young couple (Elijah Wood and Lindsay Lohan) getting hitched to keep the groom out of the war to an alcoholic diva (Demi Moore) and her forgotten husband (Estevez himself) to a philandering hotel manager (William H. Macy) who must keep his affair with a switchboard operator (Heather Graham) from his wife (Sharon Stone) and from an infuriated ex-employee (Christian Slater). There's also a pack of poll campaigners (Nick Cannon, Joshua Jackson, Shia Labeouf, and Brian Geraghty) who must deal with an acid freak out facilitated by a hippie (Ashton Kutcher), a pushy Czech journalist (Svetlana Metkina), and a flirty waitress at the hotel restaurant (Mary Elizabeth Winstead). Sounds like the makings of an ensemble comedy, no?

Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me Review

Excellent
James Bond is back - NOT! - as one vaguely remembered star of stage and screen might have said.

Instead of Bond, it's super-groovy spy Austin Powers (Myers) making his triumphant return to the silver screen, the British secret agent frozen in the 60's and thawed in the 90's, where/when he returned to active duty. The Spy Who Shagged Me picks up right where the original left off, with Dr. Evil (also Myers) banished to space in his Big Boy statue/spaceship, and Austin settling down with new wife Vanessa (Elizabeth Hurley, in a cameo re-appearance).
