Demi Moore is coming out all guns blazing in her divorce battle with Ashton Kutcher. Though this could have been a straight split down the middle job, the 'Margin Call' actress is demanding both spousal support and attorney fees from Ashton Kutcher in a battle thought to be worth around $290 million.

The New York Post's Page Six has obtained Moore's legal documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, which cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

The couple split in November 2011 after six years together, with Kutcher striking up a relationship with his former That 70's Show co-star Mila Kunis. After waiting over a year, Kutcher was the one to file for divorce in December 2010, though Moore struck back with her own filed application.

According top CelebrityNetWorth.com, the pair have a combined fortune of $290 million, with Moore rumored to be worth $150 million and Kutcher $140 million. An insider said, "Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi - a lot more than she made - but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much." Kutcher is currently the highest-paid actor on television, pulling in $24 million last year for his role as Charlie Sheen's replacement on 'Two and a Half Men.' He also has cash tied up in various shrewd web start-ups.

It's shaping up to be an intriguing court battle, with Kutcher being represented by notorious Los Angeles lawyer Laura Wasser and Moore retaining the skills of New York powerhouse William Beslow, who recently helped Linda Evangelista score a huge settle from French mogul Francois-Henri Pinault.
