Fact: Cult rockers Depeche Mode will officially announce world tour dates and new album plans for 2013 at a press conference in Paris, France on Tuesday (23Oct12). The new album will be the trio's first since 2009's Sounds of the Universe. The band's world tour is scheduled to begin in Tel Aviv, Israel in May (13).

Fact: Depeche Mode fans had a flash from the past at the band's Teenage Cancer Trust charity show in London on Wednesday night (17Feb10) - ex-band member ALAN WILDING joined the trio onstage. The keyboard player, who replaced founding member Vince Clarke in the group, quit the band 14 years ago, but was happy to join his former bandmates for their hits set at the Royal Albert Hall.
