A member of the Lohan family has ran into trouble with the law, yet again.

But this time it isn't Lindsay, the culprit is her mother Dina.

The 51 year-old pleaded guilty to a driving under the influence (DUI) charge and speeding.

Mama Lohan struck the plea deal on Tuesday (April 15th) at a Long Island court, TMZ reports.

Nassau District Court Judge Andrew Engel gave her the punishment of 100 hours community service, she will have her license revoked and an interlock device will be installed in her vehicle.

As usual in these cases, Dina will be ordered to attend a drinking and driving program, a vehicle impact panel as well as paying the appropriate fees and fines she has built up since her arrest back in September (2013).

The charge stems from 7 months ago when Dina was pulled over by NY State police at the Northern State Parkway, after she was caught speeding at 77mph in a 55mph zone in her white BMW.

When approaching the vehicle, the local officers noticed a distinct smell of booze coming from Dina, who clearly seemed intoxicated. After taking a breathalyser test, her blood-alcohol levels were .20, more than twice the legal limit of .08.

"I'll never be back here again," the mother of the 27 year-old actress said when leaving court, according to Newsday. "You can quote me on that one."

Lohan's lawyer, Mark Heller, said the plea deal was too good to not take.

"On this, the first day of Passover, an offer has been made to Dina Lohan that is too good to pass over -- no jail, no probation and the opportunity to resume her driving," he said outside the courtroom.

She will be sentenced on June 3rd.
