Bosses Of Dolly Parton's Amusement Park Have Denied The Venue Is To Blame After A Woman Allegedly Suffered Brain Damage When She Fell Out Of A Ride.
Tedi and Derryl Brown sued the owners of Dollywood, in Tennessee, last year (14) claiming that Tedi plummeted from a revolving swing ride at the park and suffered brain injuries.
However, editors at TMZ.com report that the theme park bosses have alleged in new legal documents that there is no possibility Tedi could have fallen from the ride unintentionally.
They claim the ride had not come to a complete stop when the incident occurred, and Tedi unlatched the lap bar to purposefully get out of her seat.
The couple is suing the attraction's owners for $475,000 (£297,000), but the park's bosses are asking the judge to dismiss the case.
