Following Donald Trump's most recent bizarre press conference, people across the world have been left utterly baffled by his nonsensical statements about fake news, uranium and Russian relations. Among other things. James Corden and Jimmy Fallon have managed to sum up the mess between them on their respective talk shows.

Speaking of 'mess', Jimmy did a pretty good job mimicking the president on 'The Tonight Show' in a skit entitled 'Trump Press Conference Cold Open', mocking Trump's latest catchphrase, 'we inherited a mess', and donning a blonde wig and a tiny hand.

Okay, so it's not quite Alec Baldwin on 'Saturday Night Live', but Jimmy still got Trump spot on - of course, it is very difficult to exaggerate a character who is in themselves so perpetually extreme.

Meanwhile, James Corden also took a moment to reflect on the various confusing things Trump said on 'The Late Late Show'. For example, the president made the extremely false claim that his 'was the biggest electoral college win since Ronald Reagan', and when a reporter informed him of his mistake he insisted: 'I've seen that information around'.

'Around?!' James exclaimed. 'He saw this information around? What, like it was tacked to a bulletin board next to guitar lessons and a picture of a lost cat?'

He expressed his equal confusion for this amazing Trump gem: 'You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons and other things. Like, lots of things are done with uranium including some bad things.'

James also pointed out that Trump mentioned Hillary Clinton's name 11 times despite the election being over, and ended his segment with a brief clip explaining his thoughts on Trump's claims that his White House team was running like 'a fine-tuned machine'.

We're definitely looking forward to what 'SNL' have to say about this latest Trump debacle.
