Actress Drew Barrymore was shocked when she viewed her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame - because her accolade was placed in such a prominent position.

The CHARLIE'S ANGELS star received her star on Tuesday (03FEB04), and was astonished to see that it was placed in front of Hollywood's historic GRAUMAN'S CHINESE THEATRE.

She gushed, "That's not mine, is it? Oh my God. I'm right in front. This is insane!"

The 28-year-old star, who admits she was a bag of nerves before unveiling the star, is the fifth member of the Barrymore acting dynasty be immortalised on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, after father JOHN D BARRYMORE and grandfather John Barrymore, whose siblings were Lionel Barrymore and Ethel Barrymore.

She told fans and well-wishers, "I'm really honoured to be with my family. That's the coolest thing for me."
