It's been about two and a half years since former TV star Dustin Diamond was sentenced to prison for carrying a concealed weapon and for disorderly conduct, after an altercation at a Wisconsin bar which saw him draw a knife on someone. He started his term in January, and now he's back behind bars after allegedly violating the terms of his probation.

The actor, who played Screech in the hit 90s show 'Saved By The Bell', was arrested in Ozaukee, Wisconsin on a probation hold, though it is unknown as to what offense against his probation he is being accused of. If it's serious, he could end up with his parole revoked and another stretch in Ozaukee County Jail.

On Christmas Day 2014, he was sentenced to four months in prison after a scuffle with a man in a bar in which a knife was involved. Diamond served three months, and later explained the situation to his 'Saved By The Bell' co-star Mario Lopez in Extra. He claimed that the incident occurred when a group of people accosted him and his fiancee Amanda Schutz to get photos.

'One of the girl's friends [Amanda] was talking to sucker-punched my fiancée. She leaned back to me and her face was covered in blood', he explained. However, things soon spiralled out of control when a man attacked Schutz. 'I opened my pocket knife and said, 'Let my wife go immediately,' which worked', he added. 'The guy came from around me and grabbed my throat, and so he nicked his arm on the tip of [my pocket knife].'

While Diamond said at the time of his release that he was determined to move on from the experience and wipe the slate clean, start a family and re-start his career, it seems he's got a few more things to clear up first.
