Dylan McDermott is certain ghosts exist after he and Julia Roberts had a spooky encounter with an apparition while shooting 1989 film Steel Magnolias.
MCDermott reveals his belief in the afterlife was rocked to the core after witnessing paranormal activity during a late-night drive.
He explains, "I was doing Steel Magnolias in 1989 and I was in a car with my then-agent and Julia Roberts and we saw a ghost.
"It's the only time I've ever saw a ghost (sic). It was sort of vaporous. It was kind of in the ether... There was, like, a five-second pause. And then we were like, 'Did anyone see that?'"
