The twins, 22, graduated with honours from the top U.S. school more than a month ago, with Dylan earning a degree in video game design, and Cole in archaeology.

But in a new interview with Teen Vogue magazine, the Big Daddy stars admit they pulled one last school prank as they walked across the stage at the graduation ceremony.

Cole revealed, "We actually received each other's diplomas," as Dylan added, "In fact, if you look up my graduating photo you'll see. We just decided, you know, there's no reason not to. No one's going to notice."

After their run on hit Disney TV franchise Zack and Cody, the siblings consciously decided to take a break from Hollywood to focus on their studies, in hopes they would slowly fade away from the industry.

But Dylan said they each came to the conclusion that totally disappearing was not possible, admitting, "In all of this, there's this grim realisation that there really is no truly escaping the industry. Like once you're in it, you're in it for good whether you're doing anything or not....So there was this realization recently that was like, 'You know what? I think it's time to just come to terms with that and go back into acting.'"

Four years later, with diplomas in hand and a new perspective on the entertainment industry, the twins are slowly getting back into the acting world.

Cole said, "We've sent a couple of tapes into a couple projects just to keep ourselves up to date. What's also funny about auditioning now is Dylan and I are looking to do things together, but also things apart.

"We have to come to terms with the fact that we're going to be put in competition with one another, which is both a healthy thing and an unhealthy thing for two twins who were always in competition."
