The 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' star and his wife Hannah were pursued by Gaby Stieger for five years.
A woman has been handed a four-month suspended jail sentence after admitting stalking the Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne over a five year period.
49 year old Gaby Stieger, from Colindale in north London, stood outside Redmayne’s family home in Southwark and sent him love letters for half a decade, also stalking him at film premieres and on sets. She believed they had been married in a previous life, and her face would “contort with rage” when she spoke about Redmayne’s wife, Hannah Bagshawe.
Suspending her sentence for two years, Stieger was also ordered not to have any contact with, or come within 200 metres of Mr Redmayne or his immediate family. The interpreter, who has two teenage daughters who live in Germany, pleaded guilty to stalking at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (September 13th).

We should all know by now that Jk Rowling thinks of everything when it comes to the Harry Potter universe and beyond.
So when fans had some questions regarding ‘plot holes’ in the recent Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie, of course the author was ready with all the answers.
Eddie Redmayne in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
It's been five years since the last Harry Potter movie, and J.K. Rowling has been busy. Not only has she shepherded her two-part sequel play to the West End, but she has also written the screenplay for this spin-off prequel, which is set some 70 years before Harry was born. The American setting puts a fresh slant on her elaborately imagined wizarding world, and the film has enough lively humour to keep things entertaining, but the movie itself is thin and derivative, never quite engaging the audience with its magic.
In this alternate reality, 1926 America has forbidden all magical creatures out of fear of terrorist attacks taking place around the world. Then an expert in these beasts, the cheeky nerd Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) arrives in New York with a suitcase full of them. He's on some sort of mission, which is immediately interrupted by three escaped critters, drawing in hapless wannabe baker Jacob (Dan Fogler) and witch detective Tina (Katherine Waterston). Joined by Tina's breathy sister Queenie (Alison Sudol), this rag-tag team is trying to recapture Newt's escaped creatures when they run afoul of aggressive wizard enforcer Graves (Colin Farrell), who's working for American's magical President (Carmen Ejogo). But there's something more seriously nefarious going on in the city.

Graves is hugely suspicious of Newt and his pets.
Just how much trouble is Newt Scamander in? That's the question on many Potterheads' lips at the moment as we impatiently await the cinematic premiere of 'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them'. We know that he attracts the attention of the American Ministry of Magic when he arrives in New York with a suitcase full of magical creatures, some of which subsequently escape, but that's not the worst thing that's happening in the wizarding world at the moment.
Eddie Redmayne stars as Newt Scamander in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
Gellert Grindelwald has struck again in Europe, with huge plans to disrupt the secretive harmony between wizards and No-Majs. Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) is faced with the image of a maimed dead man suspended in the air when he arrives in court, but Newt knows of no creature that can inflicted that sort of wound. Nonetheless, according to a new clip released ahead of the movie, head auror Percival Graves (Colin Farrell) is highly suspicious of Newt. Expelled from Hogwarts for 'endangering human life' with one of his beasts, things don't look good for the magizoologist regardless of Albus Dumbledore's fondness of him and his claims that it was all an accident.
Newt Scamander is a wizard who's always had an interest in monsters and wild, unworldly creatures. Newt inspects as many different species of Beast that he can and keeps some of the rarest ones in order to preserve them and keep them from harm's way whilst also ensuring they themselves don't cause any of the chaos they could so easily cause.
It's 1926 and the wizarding community is under threat. Whilst most muggles (No Maj's) don't have any idea that wizards and witches actually exist, a small yet powerful few are all too aware of them and their powers.
The New Salem Philanthropic Society is headed by a tough woman named Mary Lou Barebone who wants to make sure that all wizarding kind is exterminated.
The Hollywood Film Awards fire the starting pistol on awards season in the movie industry.
British star Carey Mulligan was among the winners at the 19th annual Hollywood Film Awards for her central role as Maud in the new movie Suffragette, a laundry worker who joins the fight for the right for women to vote.
