Elliot Mintz, the American media consultant and publicist, spotted arriving at Boa's Steakhouse in Los Angeles with a female friend. Wearing a smart suit and tie, Mintz briefly acknowledged reporters and photographers at the entrance of the restaurant.Mintz, one of the leading publicists in the United States, has worked with the likes of John Lennon's estate, Bob Dylan, Yoko Ono and more recently, Chris Brown and Paris Hilton. He wrote a piece about his relationship with Lennon in the 2005 book, "Memories of John Lennon"
