English actress Emilia Clarke appears to have a legion of male fans that she may not have known about.

On Tuesday (Feb 11th) the 26 year-old, who stars in HBO's 'Game Of Thrones', was named the Most Desirable Woman of 2014 by readers of AskMen.

"No other show has as devoted a fanbase as Game of Thrones," says Ask Men, explain their reason for placing her at No.1.

"Emilia Clarke may be known for her role as Daenerys Targaryan, but to viewers the otherworldly beauty is everything. Mark our words: this will be her year," the men's mag predicts.

This 13th annual Desirable poll, which was voted on by more than 1000 readers, asks them to pick on sex appeal, talent, how desirable they are, and their potential in the upcoming year.

By earning the No.1 spot Clarke dethroned last year's winner Jennifer Lawrence who know falls in the 4th position.

However the list, which consists of 99 women in all areas of show business, does show one unexpected result.

Coming in dead last is one of the most talked about individuals in all of 2013, Miley Cyrus. It isn't clear why the mag's editorial team picked her in 99th, but maybe it has something to do with the 'Bangerz' hit maker reaching the list for the first time.

Coming in No.2 in the poll was 'Mad Men' actress Alison Brie, and following her was the model who found fame after appearing in Robin Thicke's music video for the track 'Blurred lines', Emily Ratakjowski.

Rounding off the top five was Harry Potter star Emma Watson.
